This is an upper division seminar type course exploring the funding component of entrepreneurship. We will examine a variety of entrepreneurial ventures and alternatives for funding them. The course is practical, hands-on. Every student will develop and present plans to funding entities in a “Shark Tank” kind of environment. The subject will be approached from a distinctively Biblical perspective but should prove valuable to serious followers of Christ and those who have yet to make such a commitment. While open to all majors, it would be fair to say that a basic understanding of economics, accounting and marketing will be helpful.
